Jog Scotland – Couch to 5K
Jogscotland Penicuik, meeting at Ladywood Leisure Centre, 7pm on the 23rd January.
We will support you to complete couch to 5km.
All you need is a pair of trainers, comfy clothes and the enthusiasm to give it a go!
This is a beginners group so please don’t worry about being too slow or not keeping up, experienced jog leaders will be with you all the way.
