Full payment of your hire fee and deposit is due no later than four weeks before your event. We do not issue reminders, so please ensure that you make your final payment in good time; if payment is not received you may forfeit the period booked and we may accept bookings from other hirers.

Payment can be made by the following methods:

• Via payment link sent to your phone or email
• PayPal: send payment to our PayPal account Please quote your date of hire as a reference.
• In centre by Card, Cash or Cheque: make cheques payable to Penicuik Community Sports and Leisure Foundation these can also be posted to Ladywood Leisure Centre, 14A Yarrow Court, Penicuik, Midlothian, EH26 8HD. Please quote your date of hire as a reference.
